Peppermint oil is extracted from a herbaceous perennial plant native to Europe, Asia and North America. The oil is extracted by steam distillation of the leaves.

• Aroma –   Add 2 – 3 drops of peppermint oil to a diffusor or burner
• Massage –  Mix 3 drops of Peppermint essential oil to 3 tablespoons of carrier oil for a delicious massage oil
• Bath – Take 4 drops of Peppermint essential oil and stir into a carrier oil . Add this mix to a warm bath
• Blend –  Works wonderfully with Lavender
