Your satisfaction is our top priority! It is our aim is to ensure, you the customer are left with a Calm Happy and all round Healthy feeling after shopping with us so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to do whatever we can to fix any issue.



Your purchase with us falls under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which came into force on 13th June 2014 and applies to contracts entered into on or after that date.

Under this Distance agreement you have the right to change your mind and return any unwanted goods within 14 days from the moment you receive your goods, for a full refund to the value of the goods. We will refund the price of the returned products, our standard UK delivery.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


How To Return Your Item

Firstly, to make sure we can deal with your return as quickly as possible please contact us at, letting us know the Item and Item number you wish to return along with the order reference number and we will supply the shipping information needed to return that particular item.  We deal with many sellers across our marketplace so the return address varies across our product range.

With your returned items, please include your name, email address, order number and a small note on why you returned it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please also wrap, protect and parcel products you are returning carefully to prevent any damage.


Shipping returned items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the item is being returned as unwanted under the Consumer contracts agreement.

If however you are returning the item to us due to it being faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of the postage to return the item.

Please also keep hold of any proof of posting until the matter is settled in full as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us, products are returned and shipped at your own risk.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

After examination, if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the same form of payment originally used to purchase your item. We will normally process the refund as soon as possible but will take no longer than 14 days from the point of receipt.Notification will then be given on the status of your refund request via e-mail.

If the product you receive is faulty, or damaged in transit we will refund in full, including the delivery charges for sending the item to you.

When emailing us, please include an image of the how the damaged goods arrived with you as in most cases this will save you having to return the damaged product and also provide us with evidence if we need to make a claim against the carrier.We will then happily exchange any damaged goods or refund you directly.

If an item is faulty we may request that you return is to us, to examine or return to a supplier. If this is the case we will cover our standard postage costs, incurred by you whilst posting back.

We will offer a E-Voucher / coupon to the value of the price you purchased the item if you do not have the Despatch Note.


Products we are unable to refund

In line with Health and safety guidelines and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Superfoods or loose herbs that are unsealed.
  • Any goods with a tamper evident cap or seal which is broken unless the item is faulty.
  • Groceries, Food and Beverages, must be unopened with all seals and shrink-wrap still intact for us to be able to offer a refund.
  • Toiletries and Cosmetic items, must be in a saleable condition with seals intact and packaging complete and undamaged for us to be able to offer a refund and must also be supported by a valid proof of purchase (your despatch note). Make-up brushes or dispensed tinctures cannot be sent back.
  • Homeopathic products.
  • Also any items that have been personalised.
